Any time I try to log in, username and password goes through OK but when it asks me to enter a PIN, it comes up with the 4×3 number keyboard. It can sit at the screen for as long as it likes, you can select any text field you like (one for each number), but the instant you tap any number on the keyboard the app crashes. Have gone through all the standard troubleshooting steps like OP but to no avail. If you choose to set it at 18 rated content (18+), then anyone wishing to view content suitable only for users over 18 years of age will need the PIN.
